Four days after ordering the item, I received an auto-notification that it was out of stock. Four days? Not even a word from the seller? Go somewhere else if you value your time and money. |

I have ordered a logitech cordless mouse, and received a microphone. I have called in the office, the customer service was nice, so in three days I received a mouse and a return label for the microphone. Good place to shop - quick delivery and not expensive merchandise. |

Took two weeks to arrive, was sent to multiple different addresses before finally getting here. Never respond to emails until the last minute or after it's too late.
I will never do business with GearXS again, and I recommend you look for a similar purchase/deal elsewhere, if you can help it.. ..to avoid probable headaches..
GearXS's Response: We immeditley resolved the shipping mistake by sending you out another mouse, why bad review? |

Product listed online was OEM (new, packaged differently). Product received was CLEARLY used with scratch marks and stains. I contacted GearXS by email...no response. I called GearXS and was told to contact Microsoft to resolve the issue. Microsoft did not understand why I called them for GearXS products. Finally, GearXS said they would give a $10 allowance for defective product...they never followed through. I paid full (new equipment) for used equipment. BUYER BEWARE! GearXS's Response: Product was new. Customer blackmailed us to give him a partial refund because he said product has scratches on it or else he would give us a poor feedback. |

I purchased a refurbished Logitech Pure-Fi Anywhere 2 for GearsXS. The unit I received was not refurbished, they simply shipped me a used non-working unit. I had to pay for the return RMA shipping and have not heard anything from them in 2 weeks (emailed and called them). I'm going to have to dispute this charge and get my money refunded. I would not recommend using this vendor for any transaction. GearXS's Response: You were refunded the day we got the item back and the product tested well and we did not charge any fees to you. |

This software had the same part number as the other Windows Software but did not come with Windows 7 Upgrade. I attempted to GearSX initially but there was no 1-800 number. They did not respond by the email that I sent. Their web site stated the software was "OEM". I felt their description was unclear and intentionally misleading. Now I have to pay another $100 for Windows 7 when it comes out later this month. I like to deal with companies who advertise with transparency and honesty. The only way I would be satisfied is if they would send me a complimentary copy of Windows 7 as the other vendors had this offer for the same product part number. GearXS's Response: Advertisement was 100% correct and no where in the advertisement did it say it would come with a free windows 7 upgrade. |

Purchased a refurbished Logitech G13 Gamepad 9/20. Received payment confirmation from PayPal within 5-10 minutes. One week went by with zero communication from the seller (including two emails that I sent to them) and my order is canceled because they are out of stock The original page said they had 3 at the time. I did get my money back, but I will not use GearXS again. |
