My purchase did not work. I received authorization to return but never rec'd a credit, acknowledgement that the return was received nor another printer. No answers to my emails to resolve. I would not buy from them again. |

READ THE FINE PRINT: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. What reputable seller does this nowadays? There is no phone for customer support available. However, after a few emails sent, within 2-3 business days, my order was canceled and fully refunded. |

There were shipping problems between Smartlion and USPS. When the item did not arrive on time, I contacted Smartlion and they re-shipped the item to me. I received the second shipment promptly. |

Though the camera was despatched promptly and arrived as quickly, it was shoved into a standard carton I'd not expect to survive a rough ride. The camera, though undamaged, arrived lacking any instructional materials it ought to have been packaged with by the maker. Vender Smartlion tersely refused an authorised return, for a more complete package, and has failed to respond to a request for missing materials. I HATE THEM. |
