Product as advertised, delivered promptly. Nice packaging for drive with bubblewrap. Maybe a little high on shipping cost for ground (same state), but on the whole, a good transaction. |

Bought a GGC-H20L though PCdeals. The first drive was DOA. Sent an email directly to PCdeals and had a phone call within the hour, a RMA for the faulted drive and they crossed shipped the replacement drive. This company is great. |

I ordered WUSB600N Wireless USB Network Adapter (802.11a/b/g, draft 802.11n, 300 Mbps, 256 Bit WEP, WPA2) Condition: Refurbished. product arrived on time without drivers/software. they are available on linksys website but the drivers from linksys are downloaded in rar format. the expanded rar files dont install!!!!. i'm on my six attemt to get this network adapter up and running!!! next step is to return this item! |

Ordered a LG Blu-ray/HD-DVD player for my computer. The UPS tracker said it was delivered. However, it never came at the time it said it came. I was home at that time/day. PcDeals has not responded to my inquiries about this situation...it's been... 3-4 days now. WTF? |

Item was as described and price was fair. I was a bit worried that it might be a scam, because I'd been taken once before through Pricegrabber Storefronts, but the Blu-Ray/HD-DVD drive I ordered showed up and I am very happy with my purchase. |
