Item was out of stock, but I received no notification. When I called the company, they cancelled the order and gave me my refund (my account had already been charged) easily and seamlessly. |

After placing the order, I waited a week and still could not find the order in their system. After several emails to them, I received an automated email that the item had shipped -- 10 days after I ordered it. I had ordered from them before with no issues, so this was unusual. I hope it hasn't become the norm. |

I have not received the product, or any response from the vendor so far. When I called them, they told me the item was back ordered even though the listing on ebay said they had 12 in stock. |

very poor customer service. I have had the absolute WORST experience and can say confidently that I will NEVER use the siteagain. It has been a month now and I still can not get decent assistance with the return of the merchandise. The company received the item back 1.7.10 and as of today I have yet to hear from anyone regarding getting my money back (minus a 10% fee by the way). This experience has completely soured on line shopping for me and I am telling EVERYONE who will listen how lame the customer service is..including the Better Business Bureau!!! |

I ordered this product 12/28/09 and as of today, 1/16/10, I still haven't gotten it. I've written to Nextwarehouse & the seller cited on the payment of the invoice to obtain even a status, but I haven't heard from anyone. Still waiting - I don't even know if it's shipped or not. |

I ordered a Tomtom XXL 540s from NextWarehouse through Price Grabber for $178.73. After accepting the order and charging my Paypal account, they e-mailed me that the price was $259. They asked me to cancel or pay the difference. Not good business. I cancelled. |

After making the purchase, the retailer advised that price (discounted) was an error and offered the product at a higher price. I cancelled the transaction and purchased a similar product from another retailer at their store. |

I still have not received my order due to supplier problems. I had to contact the company to learn about this after my items had not arrived in two weeks. My children are very disappointed to have to wait longer. |

Bait and switch- I paid for a high end item and they attempted to ship me a lower grade version WITHOUT MENTIONING THE DIFFERENCE. When I caught it they blamed it on a front site but when asked why I wasn't informed if they knew the problem it got suddenly quiet. Wouldn't do business with them again. They did readily return my money when I called them on what they were doing. |

They took a few days to ship (could have been the holidays), but they shipped by next day air for free, so I had it as quickly as if it had shipped standardard the same or next day after ordering. I had made an inquiry by email, and it was responded to very promptly and accurately. |

I ordered a PLUSTEK OPTICFILM 7500I AI FILM SCANNER through Pricegrabber. When I received confirmation email from NextWarehouse, the order had changed to a PLUSTEK OPTICFILM 7200I FILM SCANNER at the same price. NextWarehouse did cancel the order without any hassle and I was refunded completly. |
