I LOVE LOVE LOVE my new 60737 Mitsubishi TV. It has a beautiful picture. I have HD and the difference is fantastic. I tuned in the color etc. according to another reviewers suggestion, which came out perfect and made it very easy. Maneuvering through the set up is very user freindly. I beleive you will love this TV. And with the great price I got through THE HD GUYS you can't go wrong. I have to give the HDGuys a 5 star even though it took a bit longer to receive my 60737 TV. Which was beyond their control due to a very bad storm they were having. (of which I know to be true) They were very apologetic and shipped it out as soon as they could. And for my inconvenience gave me an additional 2 year extended warranty. Of which I thought was very generous. I would not hesitate to buy from them again. Keep in mind people, not everything runs as smoothly as we hope or expect. But if you have a company that tries to do right by you, you can't ask for anything more. |

I agree with you that I should have received the item but I haven't received notice of shipment yet. I contacted the vendor by email 1 week ago and they said they would ship last week but I have not received any tracking information. However they were able to charge my credit card on 19 Jan but no item shipped - UNSAT! Seller has asked that I consider changing my rating but I will let it stand. Seller has initiated refund on 1 Feb at my request. TheHDGuys's Response: the charged went through on the 18th and California had a flood storm and power was out and we explained this to the customer. we refunded him the next day since the shipping companies would not come to our place due to the floods on the highway. |

Puchased a refurbished Klipsch iGroove SXT. The seller provided excellent service. The unit plays but does not charge my iPod Touch 3G so perhaps this is an older model? It is fully functional with an older iPod nano that I have. Considering the price that I paid I'm not complaining. |

The Samsung TV is great and in perfect condition, however the delivery was beyond the 5-7 working days stated to ship and getting in touch with someone to get a tracking number was a real hassle or I would rate them a 5. |

Horrible customer service. I would never buy from here again. TheHDGuys's Response: What the customer did not tell you that he leaves in Hawaii and wants the TV that we offer free shipping for shipped free but we are in the lower 48 states..and he does not want to pay extra for the shipping a LARGE TV via air. So he leaves a bad review because shipping to Hawaii cost a lot. Sorry Sir. |

Ordered from TheHDGuys, who were offering the best price anywhere on the TV we wanted. Shipping was delayed because of flooding in the LA area. TheHDGuys were very responsive to e-mail inquiries, and called to explain the situation. Before the TV could ship, we found a one-time offer from a local outlet that was too good to pass up, and had no choice but to cancel our order. However, we will definitely order from them again the next time we're shopping for electronics. |

Ordered 50" Samsung Plasma on 12/30/09. It was delivered on 01/22/10. Will the delivery was a tad slower than I had expected, after I had emailed them, communication flowed freely and often -- by email and by phone. Because merchandise wasn't readily available on west coast, it came from midwest by 3rd party carrier. That all worked well and the tracking system of/by PilotAir is excellent! Tina @ HDGuys is the "go to" person to get any issues resolved! :-) |

The prices are low and hard to beat elsewhere but transactions are tedeously slow compared to other websites. You should only purchase from this vendor if you are in no hurry. It takes 3-5 days to get confirmation of your order and then even longer for shipping confirmation. I ordered two weeks ago and still do not have a shipping confirmation even after two calls to the HD Guys to check on the status of my order. |

This purchase did not go well TheHDGuys's Response: Little do most customer's know that when customer's like this one use "paypal" and want us to ship to a "unconfirmed address" Paypal will not protect us from fraudulent, damage, stolen or theft. So if paypal tells us not to ship it and if we do it is at out own risk then we are forced to refund the transaction since there is no protection for the item or the funds.
