I ask a simple question when can I expect shippment?Same old excuses,we had flooding problems,package needs time tobe prepare for shipping,yes these are your problems not mine.Gave them a dead line to ship it,if not than give me a refund.Weeks later still no refund sent an email and no reply.Now I am in the process of disputing the charges with my credit card company.Think this won't happen to you? thats what I thought.Pay a little bit more and buy from someone else. |

Received notification from you that the item was out of stock. Tried emailing, calling seller several times and left messages for a refund but got no reply, no call back, nothing. Had to file a claim with PayPal. |

I NEVER RECEIVED THE TV. I ORDERED THREE TV'S ALL TOGETHER AND THE TWO I DID RECEIVE TOOK A MONTH TO GET TO ME. I WAS FORCED TO DISPUTE THE CHARGE WHEN THEY STOPPED THAKING MY CALLS WANTING TO KNOW WHERE THE THIRD TV WAS. STAY AWAY IF YOU KNOW WHATS GOOD FOR YOU. |

WOW. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS BUNCH AS POSSIBLE. ORDERED THREE TV'S ON THE SAME DAY. TWO OF THEM 55" LED's. DIDN'T GET THE 55" TV's UNTIL ONE MONTH LATER. NEVER RECEIVED THE 52". HAD TO DISPUTE THE CHARGE WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY. THEY STOPPED TAKING MY CALLS. NIGHTMARE. |

I still have not received my order, which was placed on February 1, 2010. Up until two weeks ago, all I received were reasons for none shipment, mainly weather issues. For the last two weeks, they have not responded to my requests for an update. |

I still have not received my purchase after 30 days, and they will not return my phone calls or respond to my e-mails. This the the worst company I have ever tried to deal with. I plan to dispute the charge with my credit card company since I cannot deal directly with theHDGuys. BUYER BEWARE OF DEALING WITH THEM. |

My experience with HD Guys is the worst online experience I have ever had. I ordered an "in stock" TV on Feb 6 and $2,219 was charged to my credit card that day. I ended up cancelling the order on Feb 23 as the item had not been shipped (despite previous assurances that it would). As of March 15 I still have not received a credit for the amount. Do not waste your time dealing with highly incompetent company. |

I gave HD guys plenty of room for delivery. Ordered on 2/14 waited 6 days, called and they told me that i would get a email with a tracking #. Waited few more days, rec'd the email but it didn't have a tracking #. Waited a few more days, called them and I was told that the order was in queu to ship that day. Waited a couple of more days for the email. Called them and got the answering service, I left a message. ThEN I get a email that my order was canceled because the item was out of stock. How in the heck did that happen when a week earlier it was being shipped? I tried to call and got answering service again. The answering service said that they are not taking any calls. I had to dispute with my credit card company because they didn't credit my money back. |

Wanted to give -5 stars. Run, Get away, Danger, Bad, Horrible, Nasty, Liars, No Integrity. The worst purchasing experience on the internet in my life. I'm 56 and have bought a ton. Bait and switch to (nothing). Don't return communications voice mail box full. The HDGuys and Aintoine Enterprises will probably burn in HELL for the sins they have committed against their customers. Thank You PriceGrabber, Paypal and HBC Visa for getting my $1822 back. HDGuys are losers. |

I never received the merchandise. These guys did not return and calls or emails when I asked about the order. My credit card company is now in the dispute process. This company is the most unprofessional I have ever dealt with online. |

very very bad service. the order is take on Feb 13. The first response was on 17th. Money is taken on the 16th. And not received the item, so call on 24th. Said has technical problem, not able to check. Wait untill Mar 4th a mail said that the item is not in stock. And refund the money on Mar 3rd. But seems the money is still not arrive to my account. And now is Mar 13th. I will see what I can do now! |

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!! TheHDGuys charged my credit card and NEVER shipped the television!! I've sent them multiple emails, left messages and have not had any service or help from anyone at this terrible company. Over 2 months and still no television, so now I must get my credit card company involved. |

I ordered a receiver on 2/10/10. They acknowledged the order and said it would ship within 3-5 days after receipt of payment. My credit card was charged on 2/13/10. I called on 2/18, and was told it would ship 2/19; I would have it by 2/22. I called and emailed on 2/23; they responded they found some water damage on bottom of box (it took them 5 days to do this). They would drop ship from the Factory on 3/1. On 2/25, Tina advised the unit would ship that day or 2/26 at the latest. On 2/27 I requested a tracking number via email, no response. I made numerous phone calls and emails to determine when I would receive unit. No response. On 3/2 with no response I requested the order be cancelled and my credit card be refunded. As of 3/11 this has not been done. I had to contest the payment with my credit card company. Reading prior reviews, this company blames everything on water damage, or has an excuse for everything. I don’t know of any company that put merchandise directly on the floor. I don’t believe they ever had the unit at their warehouse. I understand companies can’t stock every item they sell, but to tell people they ship within 3-5 day is garbage. It would be nice to meet an honest company. I even wrote to PriceGrabber, did they respond? NO! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPNAY. |

HD guys blow. Heard all the same excusses as everyone else. Never got my TV. Did get my money back. Tried to buy my review with 10% off. Still have a voicemail from them telling me I would still get my TV. Not holding my breath. The $100 extra to Amazon seems cheap now. |

Failed and/or deceptive communication. Reached purported owner "Jerry" (Gerald Antoine?) yesterday (Monday). He asked that I phone him in one-half hour when he would be in office. Attempted same repeatedly. No subsequent calls were returned, despite message stating call would be returned within one business hour. CONSIDER THAT THESE GUYS LIKELY HAVE YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER. |

Not only am I very satisfied with the service, the product and the care in packing my shipment; I also received a voice message asking if my product arrived - it was shipped during one of the recent blizzard conditions in the northeast. WOW - how cool is that - the cable I ordered was under $10 and this shipper called to ensure my package arrived. You bet I'll use them again and I've already told several friends about the excellent service!! |

these guys are con artists. they take your money via the credit card, sit on it for a while, and then tell you they don't have it in stock. Eventually you get your money back, hopefully. In the mean time, they do this to a ton of people and have the free use of all that money while you think you are getting a tv. STAY AWAY. My comments don't extend to PriceGrabber as this is the first problem I've ever had with the Price Grabber site. But TheHDGuys are very bad news. Hope they find a place in jail. |

I have not received the product I ordered. They told me they had flooding issues in L.A.. It's been two weeks. They charged my visa, but still nothing. Not really happy at this point. Since taking to a sales rep I have changed my rating. Well I never recieved the amp. Contested the charge. I think this guys went under. |

They didn't return my phone calls or email. Only after I finally gave up and filed a claim with PriceGrabber did they email me. Then they said they over-sold the product. It took them THREE WEEKS to find out that they over-sold it!? I doubt it! It only took them a couple of days to take my money. This is a SCAM. STAY AWAY from this seller. |

By far this is the worst online purchasing experience I have EVER had. I only ended up trying to purchase anything from them because I did not want to purchase both items from two different sellers because the fact I was afraid this would happen. What do you have here, it happened anyway from the company I decided to go with because they had both items in stock. I purchased both a 40" & 52" LCD televisions on 2/16/2010. I was even patient with being ok that it would take a while to recieve the T.V's due to there size. But, they have had poor lack of service and to top that off, I received an email 3/3/10, that's 3 weeks later to tell me that the order has been canceled. I tell you what! They have until Monday March 8, 2010 to have my money back in my account or I will be contacting my lawyer. I don't have legal service for nothing and I may just be contacting my attorney anyway with all the complaints of the reviews on here to back my claim. This is beyond ridiculous and I be darn if they rip me off. I will contact everyone in the United States of America. From the BBB to the president to ensure I get down to the last cent they owe me and some for the aggravation that they have caused. I see that they have not been on here to back not one claim lately. Before they responded quickly to people reviews and backed there selves...CROOKS!!! |

TheHDGuys is the worst purchase experience I have ever had. They do not respond to my emails or my voice mails asking when they are going to ship my order. Their voice mailbox is full. Also after this purchase I started getting all kinds of Junk mail. I'm going back to Amazon for all purchases.I talked to VISA to get my money back. |
