Received wireless keyboard in working order without USB dongle which was part of the original factory packaging. Considered it a little sketchy that it was missing, but retailer apologized and mailed it to me quickly. Not sure why it wasn't included originally but I feel this is reason to be weary of this transaction. Thus the 2 rating. |

Shipping was fast. Item was exactly as described. Said there might be damage to the packaging, and there was a little dent on the end, but the keyboard was still in perfect, and new condition. I would buy from their surplus again. |

Received my wireless keyboard/mouse combo and it is working well. No driver CD nor manual was included in the box but I was able to download that from the Logitech support site. PLEASE NOTE: Although this unit was labeled as "refurbished", due to its outward appearance, I think it might have been more accurately labeled as "used". For me, the condition is acceptable due to the low price and my interest was more toward functionality. But ... another person might not have liked it. |
