I got it on time, but the installation CD was not working for Vista. Hence downloaded the same from netgear website and finished the setup in 10 minutes. |

The product works as advertised, and for that reason I'm not providing a 1 feedback. The product came in a box that had been cut with a cardboard knife on 3 sides, apparently where serial numbers were located. Also blackened out were any indication of serial numbers on the device and battery. Last Logitech refurb I bought had a refurb sticker on the unit and came in a special Logitech box, which leads me to believe this unit was used and not refurb. |

I purchased a refurbished product for a ridiculously low price. Unfortunately, it did not work upon arrival. I wrote to them asking for a return address. After a few letters back and forth, they gave me a full refund to my paypal account with no further questions or difficulties. I was disappointed in the product quality, but very appreciative in their efforts to fix the problem. |
