After waiting for over a week, I had to check on my order to see if it shipped. The day I sent the email, Payless Merchandise notified USPS that they had a package to send. 7/7/08 Still waiting for my order to be delivered almost 3 weeks later. ForLess328's Response: We apologize for the inconvenience, we have been experiencing issues due to the high volume of the orders, were shipping the orders in order we received them and that is why it took several days. As for the shipping taking too long, we are aware of the issue and have already contacted a different carrier and are working on changing our shipping options. Once again, we are sorry and hope you will find us as a better company in the future. |
