Fast and efficient delivery. Receiver was in the sealed orginal Onkyo package, but not additionally packed with insulation material and box. ForLess328's Response: receiving merchandise from manufacturer in same boxes with no extra packaging with no problem, no reason for extra packaging it will only increase a cost of shipping |

Extremely Fast shipping. I love the unit, I only wish it had the cassette player. But that is because, for some reason, Sony did not give the cassette player to the North American model. Nevertheless, I'm very pleased with Payless's service. |

i would not purchase from this merchant again. the item was correct, however it was not the part i needed. when returning the item, i was advised i would only get half of the credit back...i am disputing this with my credit card company as i do not feel this is legitimate. ForLess328's Response: We are sorry but your refund was issued exactly according to the store return policy, we sent you whole return policy with your RMA to make sure you know the procedure as well as the fees, before you shipped the product back to us. |

some of the product I ordered is defective. I bought a pair of Sennheiser ear buds that arrived with one channel not working at all and the other crackling and breaking up whenever you touch the plug. In addition the 3 different size earpieces that were supposed to be included according to the package were not. Product shipped with only the ones on the ear buds. I already own two pairs of Sennheiser headphone and know them to be a high quality product. I suspect that what I received were counterfit or gray market products. The merchant did refund my purchase price after I shipped the defective product back at my own expense. ForLess328's Response: We contacted supplier, there is manufacturer deffective packaging in our lot, full refund issued promptly. |

I NEVER GOT THE TRACKING NUMBER BUTYOU DID ANSWER ME TAHA U RECEIVED IT FROM THE WAREHOUSE AND AS SOON AS U GOT IT IT WOULD BE MAILED OUT USPS NEVER GAVE ME A TRACKING NUMBER BUT I DID GET THE PACKAGE IN A REASONABLE TIME THANKS ForLess328's Response: We inserted the tracking number to PriceGrabber web site on April 26. when item was shipped.
