The product was fine, exactly what was ordered. It says don't comment on shipping problems, but that was the problem caused by them.
They required a signature signed directly on the delivery manifest of the driver. Some of us can't be at addresses at all times to sign for items. I have had all kinds of software and hardware delivered and this was the first time I had to make 5 phone calls and make a 10 mile drive to track down the driver and get my merchandise.
This wasn't a shipping problem, rather a delivery requirement problem caused by SavingCOST. If they ever remove this impediment, then I would rate them 4--5 eventually. SavingCOST's Response: Dear Alex Fisher, Thank you for your feed back regarding the signature. I do apologize for the trouble you went through. Hopefully, you can understand our dilemma regarding this. I just got an email moment ago from a customer saying that he did not get his package and FedEx or UPS said they did deliver, but no one home, just left at the door. Every time we have to send another one to our customer and we did lose so many packages this year, and since no signature is required, FedEx or UPS will not pay us a penny, affecting our bottom line .
