Need to improve time it takes to ship item and communication on any delays. Web page with order status was not helpful in communicating shipping delays. I'm used to quick turnaround times for internet shopping. That said I still give them a 4 out of 5 because they provided a good price and decent shipping cost. |

Although advertising as in stock, this seller -after several emails from me- told me it was not available & offered others 'in the price range'. After a wk of emails suggesting he would offer another unit with same features at the same price, he asked for an ADDITIONAL 156% of my money! Save time by SHOPPING SOMEWHERE ELSE, even if it costs a little more. These BAD BUSINESS TACTICS will be reported by me. LimitedGoods PG West's Response: Totally unfair – we were out of stock of the product ordered, and it was discontinued by the manufacturer so it was impossible to get that model for the customer. We offered 10 different choices for a replacement, customer wanted one that price was $150 more then the one purchased, we agreed to give it to him at cost, which would be a 40% discount. Not sure what he is talking about. |

The package arrived in such a sad state, I almost didn't open it. I have never seen a carton so badly mangled. Fortunately the products were not damaged. I don't know if UPS did this or if the package was already trashed when it was shipped. |

First I'd like to say that the price was the best out there and the condition as promised however they could improve their customer service and get the product to the customer quicker. Not as punctual in shipping out an order as I'm use to. Was left in the dark for quite some time and felt that if I hadn't sent any emails to remind them, they'd take longer to ship. |
