Not only was the processor at an incredibly low price, but the delivery was exeptionally fast. I also need to give props to customer service which was quick and energetic about getting the information I needed. I will definatly look foward to buying from this company again in the future. |

The product that was shipped to me (described as new) had all the serial numbers and UPC codes removed from both the box and the product. This made product registration and potentially the warranty impossible to redeem. However, when I contacted customer service they did offer a full refund and sent a prepaid shipping label to return the product. The product is currently in transit and I am awaiting the refund. I give a neutral because a larger company like Amazon or Newegg would never ship product as new in the condition I received it. However, I didn't give negative since the service to correct the problem was very good. |

motherboard had known issue with 1GB sized DIMM causing system crash and it took hours of research to discover this. Motherboard had been discontinued by manufacturer and is outside support. These issues were not disclosed by OEM XS Inc. I would have purchased the board anyway, but expect full disclosure. |
