In Oct.2010 I ordered a Olympus B-2000 battery charger. After receiving a phone call about "issues" with my order they shipped me a Power2000 XP-333 becouse they were out of stock for the Olympus. They said I should have noticed the 3rd party statement. I didn't because it was in very fine print that I could hardly see. The delivery was in a timely manner. Upon trying the XP-333 I noticed two of the four batteries would not take a charge even after 16+ hours. I called snapitdigital and they sent me two replacement batteries at no charge which I would like to thank them for. All seems to be functioning O.K. for now. I would suggest that they make the "3rd party" more apparent and also let the customer know that the item is "out of stock" right up front, even before the order is placed. -Joe, CA |

Got the order in good time. Got the product that I ordered in good condition. No complaints. A lot cheaper then most place. I am satisfied. If they had a product I need and are cheaper then there competitors I would order from them again. |

Ordered a Canon CB-910 and recieved a Synergy SDM-104. They're not compatible. After going around and around with Snapitdigital.com for return I had nothing to show and payed $6.06 to return the product. I did get a refund thanks to PriceGrabber review, however be very careful with SnapDigital. I'm out of $6.06 and nothing to show. snapitdigital's Response: sorry for that, look at your invoice "Condition: Generic - 3rd Party" please note the price for canon is $120 and you paid $20 |
