I received the camera within a few days of placing the order, but when I got the "new and in a sealed box", it was not sealed. Unsure if it truely is new. I hope seller intents to make this right. US_ELECTRONICS's Response: the item was definately brand new never been used. |

We ordered a DVD Burner with light scrib. Our order came and at Christmas when it was opened we found out it wasn't what we ordered. Needless to say, now we have to go thru the process of sending it back and additional expenses and time wasted. Also we got an email from the sender of the DVD and they said they don't even carry the item we ordered, which is very disconcerting. Why did they send a different DVD that we ordered??? US_ELECTRONICS's Response: somehow item listed in the wrong place and we didnt realize the difference until the buyer point-out the difference. we have already given the full refund to the buyer including return shipping. |

Calling bulls*it , I ordered an ipod Wednesday, paid quickly, yet my order was cancelled Saturday, due to them being out of stock. Yet they still show 19 mini's in stock? Not happy as this was a Christmas present. I'd give a -10 if I could. US_ELECTRONICS's Response: we had out of stock when the buyer placed the order but we receive the item in stock after a week later !! |
