prompt shipping. However, item was not sealed packed as a new package should be. Maybe used? US_ELECTRONICS's Response: Item is brand new and fresh.there is no manufacturer seal on the package. some manufacturer doesnt sealed the retail package so that costomer can take a look at the unit before they buy it. |

The transaction was very swift and the delivery was very prompt. I haven't taken the HardDisk out of it's original box yet. So, I don't know the condition of the merchandise yet. Other than that, the buying experience was very satisfactory. |

Received item worked fine was still in package, but barcode was removed from package (I don't consider that NEW as item stated) There was also no reference to the barcode being removed in the item description. US_ELECTRONICS's Response: item was new but sold as like new condition and we have clearly mentioned that item doesnt have upc and dont valid for rebate. |
