A horizontal handle with a rubber elastomer grip has been added to increase comfort and reduce vibration. A large pivoting fence stands 4-inch for cutting crown molding. Strengths: Strong Cutting Action, Doesn't Bog Down When Cutting Thru The 2 Thick Lumber & Light Enough To Move Around With Ease
Weakness: Not Impressed With The Dust Bag, It Seems To Catch About 50% Of The Dust
This Is My First Miter Saw So I Don't Have A Lot Of Background In Doing A Comparison With Other Similar Saws But I Have Been Impressed With This One From Day One Since I Fired It Up. It's Got A Strong Motor And The Saw Was Excellent With The Angels That I Needed In Building My New Deck. Strengths: sufficient power for the task.
Weakness: basic manual and no parts list
Saw was ready to use straight out of the box, all I had to do was attach the guard on the base, the clamp, and the dust bag. The saw cuts nice and straight, and it feels like good quality.
