Strengths: Compact, comfy padded foam earpieces, cheap (price). The color of the ear plugs is not too flashy.
Weakness: Foam may not be as durable as silicone and the wire gets easily tangled
In addition to the pros and cons of JVC HAFX33, these headphones/ear buds offer bang for the buck and appropriate for listening to music while working out. They remain in your ear even while running. This is my second pair (I lost my first pair).
Strengths: Bass,noise isolation, VERY comfortable
Weakness: Looks a little cheaply made, ugly blue.
For the price you can't go wrong. As many have said these can be found for $10 at Circuit City but sound like they are worth much more. To me they look and feel cheaply made also i prefer the black ones over this color blue, BUT they sound excellent and are so comfortable to use! An extra set of ear buds are included but they are for those that need a smaller size. For those that say too much...
Strengths: Great value for the price, Good sound quality, Unique style, Extra Set of Foam Tips, Comfortable Design
Weakness: Doesn't provide complete sound isolation, Movement against cord carries through headphones to your ears
These headphones are a great low cost upgrade from the stock headphones that are commonly sold with mp3 players and other portable devices. The in ear design takes some getting used to, but the foam tips are comfortable and do provide additional sound isolation not available with headphones or ear buds. I have large ear canals which prevent these headphones from sealing completely, which is...
Strengths: Low price, good sound, good noise isolation, strong bass.
Weakness: The blue earpieces are unusually stiff compared to the black earpieces.
The JVC Marshmallow headphones can occasionally be obtained for $10, which is an amazing value. Don't be turned away by the brand, because these things are comparable to more expensive earphones. They have what appears to be a nice gold-plated 3.5 mm jack, and the "marshmallow" foam earpieces are like foam earplugs. They are relatively comfortable and keep the noise out. The earphones also come...
Strengths: Great sound quality
Weakness: Must fit it in properly to have good noise cancelling effects
I got both the blue and the black ones. The fit seemed odd the first few times i wore it, but once i got used to it, they are very comfortable. Sound quality is amazing and it keeps out most of the outside noise.
Strengths: Comfort, noise reduction
Weakness: Slight movement of ears will cause ambient noise to enter
I have been very satisfied with these headphones; these replaced Sony Fontopias that cost three times as much, and these are more comfrtable than those. The only negative is that outside noise easily comes in once one's head is moved. These do not require you to lift your earlobes to put them in, nor do they fall out.
Strengths: price, good look, comfortable fit
Weakness: none.
For the price I bought, the headphones are great. I bought both - black and blue. The sound quality are acceptable, the inner earbuds are comfortable and well fit. The ambient noise is really isolated. Satisfactory!
Strengths: Sound is great for the average listener like me, Comfort is OK, extra set of ear buds is great. LOW PRICE
Weakness: Ear buds (see Summary)
The foam of the ear buds are not as I would expect. These are my first pair of inner ear headphones but I would have expected the type foam that is used with ear plugs. The kind that slowly expands after being squeezed so that it fits the shape of your ear. But these are just basic foam for a little padding. Oh well ... they are still worth it for about ten bucks.
Strengths: Nice Sound quality
Weakness: Doesnt fit my ear's properly
I got this at CC for approx $10 which is surely a good price for this earphones. The sound quality is good. I felt the Bass was a little on the lower side with these earphones. The only problem I have is that these don't fit my ears properly and pop out. Hence contemplating whether I should return this or keep it.
