Don't buy the halogen floor lamps 300w, and especially don't buy halogen 300w bulbs from their stores. The 300w halogen lamps look like re-furbished. I got 2, one is dirty at the base surface. The other one is cracked at the lamp holder disks. DONT BUY BULBS THERE. Their bulbs charge as expensive as if GE, but actually they are "trisonic" which is cheap and available in any one-dollar store.	Overall Rating

THEIR VERY KIND AND FRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS OUT STANDING. THE SHIPPING WAS EXCELLENT AND VERY FAST. PACKED VERY VERY WELL. I have had a horrible experience with this on-line store; out-of-stock items, sent the wrong item, and extreme rudeness via phone calls to the "customer service" staff when attempting to rectify the situation. Multiple emails with no response. I am expected to pay to ship the item back to this store, was charged an inflated amount to ship the wrong item to me, and the store is refusing to refund my shipping and wants a 15% restocking fee, for the wrong merchandise.
