On my first try the website had two items in my cart but I did not realize it until I checked out. I sent a request to stop and fix the order, which was done very quickly. I received a call confirming my request, my card was credited for the incorrect amount and I was able order the correct item. |

They trick you into thinking that they are selling you an original product. The product is garbage. My printouts come out all spotty and creates a mess inside the printer. This never happened with the original toner. the worst part of the toner though is THE TONER CRUMBLES OFF THE PAPER! I could live with all the other trouble it gave me, but working in an attorney's office, you can't have contracts with toner crumbling off the paper! |

I purchased a set of 4 cartridges for a Samsung color laser printer. The prices were about 15% lower than I was seeing at other stores. What I didn't realize was that it's all reman stuff. I would never have bought a reman cartridge at only a 15% discount from the real thing. I just wouldn't take the risk. When I went back to the website it does say it's reman, but it certainly seems intentionally opaque. I really needed the blue one and it's worked fine, but when I needed the black one (5 months later), it almost immediately started leaving horizontal stripes. I went to return it but it's been over 6 months since purchase (but only a few weeks in my printer which can be verified by the configuration sheet on the printer). The tech support is ridiculous. RMA refused and absolutely no one with any balls willing to talk to you about your concerns. If you are out of 6 month warr, even by a day, you're screwed and they just want to be done with you. |

They lead you to think that you are ordering original Brother ink/toner by using the Brother Logo on their website exactly where you click, never once mentioning remanufactured, and then there is another Brother logo on your receipt and then you receive remanufactured ink of lesser quality which clearly isn't by Brother. When you try to return the remanufactured ink they say that they have a 25% restocking fee even though you didn't get what you had ordered and the box is unopened. Absolute fraud and deception on the consumer. Have gone to the Attorney General's office and my credit card. This is an absolute scam. If they are selling remanufactured ink then it should clearly say so. They are playing off Brother's name and defrauding the consumer. |
