Ordered a laptop from them and also some logo merchandise from their site. Received rebate check from laptop 2 weeks after sent out! Also laptop performs amazingly and the logo merchandise is cheap and high quality. Customer service is quick to respond. |

My best buy ever by far. I received a Super-monster computer for the price of a tomato can. Shipping perfect, customer support perfect, machine perfect. I'm happy!!! Buying Refurbished products from these guys is like buying new!! Not even a microscopic scratch. Long live HP!! Five stars is an understatement. |

I ordered a Belkin Gold Series USB Cable from HP on Nov 21st and did not receive it until Nov 29th in spite of the $5.10 shipping charge for an $8.10 item. The web site stated no tax and yet I was charged tax. I called HP. They were easy to contact and they said they charged everybody tax. The purchase from their web site was very easy as the site was very user friendly. I had a comfirmation in minutes. The cable arrived in good condition and works well. I saved $20 over retail stores. |

HP is clueless about MS Licensing. They took the order, charged the credit card and then total silence. It wasn't until my 4th call that finally someone mentioned that I had to order 5 server licenses minimum before they could place the order. They meant of course 5 points, but that seemed lost. Still waiting on my credit. They are clueless and hapless at HP. |

Ordering with HP is a mixed bag. I received a confirmation of my order within minutes of placing it. However, even though I specified--and was charged for--two day shipping on my purchase, HP still sent my product ground in the tracking information page from UPS. The item still arrived in three business days of being shipped. |

Accepted order an money IMMEDIATELY, sent e-mail verification..., got estimaed delivery date...TODAY, Sept 10 got e-mail saying NO STOCK, NO IDEA WHEN WILL SHIP, RE-ORDER DIFFERENT PRODUCT... have dealt with HP shopping on several occasions over the last few years, gets worse and worse... I placed an order for a USB drive with HP on Friday 9/23. They sent me an email on Monday that my order was on hold. I called on Tuesday and was told that the price on their web site was incorrect and that they will send me the product if I paid an additional $78. I cancelled my order. I expected them to honor the original price. |

Ordered the Klipsch promedia 5.1 THX Speakers and was shipped The Klipsch promedia 5.1 ultra speakers. All my invoices clearly state THX speakers but the box clearly states Ultra speakers. If the product is not available through their e-store, the listing should be removed. Do not try to insult the intelligence of your customers, please! The Ultra is a less expensive item, one that is available at others sites for about $100.00 cheaper. HP... Please correct the error and retrain your staff. |

After placing the order and getting a confirmation, I check the order status and have been given an error message that my order cannot be completed and to contact a representative. Why not give me that error message before giving a confirmation that the order is complete? |

This tool is allways broken or runs so slow. I placed hundreds of tickets for IT to fix this piece of junk. It took me 3 hours to book this order. It should have take 10 minutes |

I had to keep typing in information and had to put my credit card # in 3x. I also had 2 orders in the cart for the same items, instead of the one I wanted so I had to exit the order, log back in and start over. It took me 40 minutes to purchase this item that my dealer picked out for me. |

I much prefer dealing with HP, which gives price/quotes in a straightforward manner. This is unlike sites like Gateway and Dell, which are masters of the "bait and switch," and padding the total. |
