Not much help when ordering - so I got the wrong product. Then the nightmare began - After 4+ weeks I finally got a $60.89 credit to my bank card for an order I paid $89.99 and $13.15 to ship back. This poor return policy/service means I will never buy from them again. |

Ordered 135.72 worth of Elco lighting products.. website not very informative, and products were incompatible with each other. Fixtures would not fit the track, track didn't work with the plug.. returned everything but two light bulbs (nonreturnable) and received refund of 96.31. Not enough money to hassle with it further, but I'm out nearly 40 bucks. Suggest you look a little further.. you can find better pricing, better return policy. Don't buy from these people. |

(Edited February 09th by unhappyMA) I'm not unhappy anymore! I ordered a whole room space heater for $160 that couldn't even heat a 10x8 room. I called and the person (who now I know was the Customer Service Manager) said it sounded defective and he gave me an RMA and said to send it back. They even sent me a prepaid shipping label. I thought that was it! Then, two weeks later the "tester" called and said he tested it and it seems to work fine so he was going to charge me a 15% restocking fee. He wouldn't budge - he said he was bending over backwards for me and that he would normally just box it up and send it back to me. About 20 minutes later I got a call from the Customer Service Manager because the tester had sent him his "results" via email as an FYI. The Customer Service Manager had already overridden the restocking fee but wanted to talk to me about the details. In the end, they are not charging me a restocking fee and the Customer Service Manager will discuss the issue with the "tester". I am satisfied! |

Ordered this item Nov 22 and it shipped Nov 24 with added 3 day select service. There was no note on the Web page that UPS would not delivery the day after Thanksgiving. Therefore the package will not be deliveried until Dec 1. I could have paid regular shipping and it would have still arrived on Dec 1. Fedex which is a better carried is delivering Friday Nov 28. Called Westside customer no support and got the sorry not our problem answer. Look around for a better supplier that cares! |

I ordered an item the beginning of the month. I expressed mailed it and got an e-mail conformation it was sent the next day. I called once a week for the next 4 weeks with the customer service department telling me it was going to be shipped("in one to two days"). On my 5th call to cancel my order, I was told I would get my shipping and hadnling fees refunded if I kept my order. I kept my order and had to call 3 more times until I finally received it. I dont see my refund on my credit card statement and I called Nicholas in accounting. He told me there are no "notes" to verify I would get a refund. He told me that without the notes I would not get a refund. What a horrible company. I would not shop there ever again. |
