However, customer service was GREAT! It was easy to contact them and I did that via email and was able to track my order through them. I do suggest to register so you can do that yourself though :). Overall, I had a very positive experience. Everytime came in a timely manner, as expected! Would recommend it. I never used DIY Micro until i bought my Canon S95 and I'll be sure to consider it again when I'm shopping for my next electronic!	Overall Rating

The camera arrived quickly and is great. I was a little surprised that it didn't come in the original factory box, and the owner's manual is on photocopied paper. I wanted to get the same camera, but it was no longer being manufactured, so I couldn't buy it locally. I found it on the DIY Micro website and ordered it expecting it to arrive in time for my vacation. It turned out the camera wasn't really in stock. DIY could get one, but, with standard shipping, it would not arrive in time. I called DIY and explained that I had wanted the camera for my holiday. I can gladly say that they have prompt service and come true to their word and their prices. I ordered the Nikon D5100 DSLR from DIY Micro on the 9th of September and got it 2 days later (Not including weekends because their closed on those days ;[) So yea A+ for DIY Micro and their highly valued customer service and speedy shipping! About the shipping: I would like to say a few things tho, the company resides in Cali but the item shipped somewhere near me which reduced the time it took to get here so that's also a plus. About the quality of the items shipped: It came in a different box then the original but it looks 100% new, nothing DIDN'T work and nothing DIDN'T look out of place. I received exactly what I ordered. My order arrived quickly and I was able to track it through the delivery process. I did contact their customer service and asked about tracking information after 3 days. They were very courteous and and said they would contact the shipping company. I checked again 2 hours later and the shipping company had updated their status. I have had the camera for almost 2 months now and have had no problems. I thought it was strange that it was shipped in a white Canon box, but since it was sealed I thought maybe Canon decided to save money on the packaging? But I just found out recently when my friend looked at my camera and notice the little punched hole at the end of serial number, and told me that the little punched hole mean refurbished item!
