The order sat there for a week on the "to be ship" status. I cancelled it and still they charged my CC for the full amount for the item which they didn't ship. Will report to BBB if I don't get my money back. TRY TO AVOID THIS STORE AS MUCH AS YOU CAN. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM ANYMORE. Only nit with them is that they have "add on" items at the end of your order, but if you try to buy it and "add" it to the order it becomes a new order with it's own additional shipping and handling charges. The page was laid out well, making it easy to search for and compare products. Ordering process was very simple and secure (I like the option to provide CC info over the phone, rather than typing it over the internet). I was contacted almost immediately after my order was placed to provide the rest of the information, and the tracking status online was great. I ordered a DVD Burner and received it in six days and the only reason it took that long is because it was over the Labor Day weekend. The drive is great. They had a link to track it, UPS didn't screw up, it arrived and was just as advertised, worked fine. (radeon 9200 video card by Gigabyte) What's not to like. This will minimize credit card fraud. Great price but buyer-beware. Got the printer but it was a used item because the printer looked "re-packaged" and there was no manual, no registration card, and it didn't work. The return process was easy but I haven't received credit for the printer yet on my credit card and they got it 6 days ago.	Overall Rating
