It will take an extra week to ship. After 10 days there was still no tracking number listed so I called back and was told that the product was discontinued, all other comparable products are discontinued. On the good side: I did get to speak with a human each time I called but I wish I was notified so I could arrange to make the purchase somewhere else.	Overall Rating

I agreed. I called the company on 3/9/9 with a question about where is my card they tell me that PNY card is out of stock and PNY is making the card and it will be shipped sometime this week. I got upset they should have told me that when they had me on the phone. This is ridiculous. Future Power PC charged me on 2/25/09 for the card which is not made yet and they don't have it. This is bad company with bad communication skills don't order from them. I know that I will not. Retailer Response (03/25/2009): This customer's experience happened just as he wrote it. The details left out are that we had sent email notifying them of their delay. We had agreed to expedite his order at our own expense to help compensate for the delay and we were able to acquire the specific model he wanted with his video game. Placed order online and confirmations were received. UPS tried to deliver , but no one home. So i decided to pickup from UPS. Box was clearly a used open box.UPS agent also voiced concern, but since i needed the monitor badly I Opened the box and you could tell it was a USED Item. THIS IS NOT A BRAND NEW LCD MONITOR .
