The local store was very helpful in coordinating with my online order, and flexible about pick-up delivery. Please note that this was a ship to store shipping arrangement, so even though it took 13v days to arrive, that was within the timeframe that was given to me to expect.	Overall Rating

I used the review purchase button, with no resolution. I even canceled the purchase to start from the beginning, with the same result.
