There is simply no better vendor on every measurement point: price service, shipping, and availability. I've *never* been disappointed. On my most recent purchase, I got exactly what I ordered. However, the box was a little worn and appeared to have been opened and resealed, leading me to wonder if I had been given a returned shipment. That being said, the TV works great.
