I am using the R800 and will not get rid of it because of the quality it produces. The ink should be sold in value packs though because of the price, other than that there is none better than Epson. For one who doesn't do much on-line purchases this was worrisome - was someone stealing my personal information, were they stealing my credit card number, etc., etc. I'm sure it's O.K. but it was a small negativity in this shopping experience. I received a "72 hours Spooktacular 10% OFF" email showing INK, paper and printers specials, I just needed to include SPOOKY10 at checkout right? Well, not really!!! You are sending an email that is not clear with what is really in discount. And of course, my INKS were not included in the discount.
