I chose priority service for a product, which then arrived almost two weeks after the end of the predicted time window. I complained to customer services, who gave a copy-and-paste response, which relocated my dispatch address from the UK to Australia (!), and completely failed to comprehend the nature of my grievance. A follow-up e-mail did not yield any more sense from them. Will not use them again.	Overall Rating
