They charge a bit much for shipping, but it is great if you are in a rush. Total price was lower with the shipping than another site that had free shipping! CD Universe offers so many videos that it is obvious that there will be backorders at times which is not a problem for me. My previous low marks for timely shipping were only a reflection of a back order status that arose after I had placed an order. I like CD Universe a lot!	Overall Rating
