The initial ordering and receipt of the wheels and tires went well,however that was the only part of our now lengthy relationship that has gone smoothly. After washing our wheels for the first time they were scratched to which Tire Rack basically responded with too bad that sucks for you. Then within the first 4 months one of our wheels was actually BENT, again neither Zinik nor Tire Rack was willing to stand behind their product. We purchased a 5th wheel (what else could we do, we had just purchased the set?) After two more wheels had bent we actually stopped by the distrution center in IN and was again told that there was nothing Tire Rack was willing to do. Long story short within a year of purchasing the brand new wheels, we have replaced one, need to replace two more. Complete waste of time and money on sub-par product peddeled by a company that drops you when the purchase is done. Buyer beware!	Overall Rating

We have bought tires and other items through Tire Rack numerous times. Prices are great, as is the selection and price. However, if you should need service, it is a real pain. The road hazard warranty is through a third party and is a pain. Plus, it expires after 3 years, regardless of mileage. Then we had another tire develop a big bubble on the tread. Took it to Wheel Works for replacement and they deemed it defective. They disposed of the tire by mistake, but it was documented by their tech that the tire was defective. Tire Rack would not process the manufacturers warranty without the tire in hand! Wheel Works has never had this problem with another seller. Wheel Works wound up paying the claim themselves. So, we will never buy tires from Tire Rack again.	Overall Rating

They even called to check on a possible mistake I made with my order. They were super fast, studded winter tires, delivered in four days. AWESOME ! ! First place I look for tires and wheels.
