When I go to a retail store the guy comes up to me and says can I help you and then starts to show me a bunch of stuff and tries to sell them to me. Some things are worth looking at and the rest don't be afraid to just say no, their not going to follow you home until you buy. In my opinion eComElectronics turned out to be one of the better sellers I've dealt with over the net! Shipping was quick! I now have a new source for internet items!	Overall Rating

There web site and ordering facilities were easy to use. The shipping and packing was free. The order came much sooner that expected. eComElectronics provided really good e-mail communication regarding my order within minutes of my order being placed. The salesperson told me that the laptop came with a 1-yr warranty and sold me an extended 3-yr warranty through a company called CPS Central, which I have yet to find a good any reliable information on. I mistakenly believed the salesperson when he told me that the laptop came with only an 1-yr warranty. One year later, I learned that I had a 3-yr, not a 1-yr, manufacturer's warranty on this Toshiba laptop and that I had purchased an additional 3 years through Ecom, making it a total of 6 yrs. I was really mad and I called ecom today to get a refund. Of course, they did not refund my order. I would never have purchased a 6-yr warranty for this laptop. To top things off, I am really not sure if this CPS Central is a legitimate computer services and repair vendor b/c when you call their 800 number and dial 0 for the operator, it hangs up on you.
