So I made a change - no problem. The set was delivered as promised on the next day in fine condition. The stand I ordered arrived a day later and the package was badly beaten up. I put together the stand despite one of the rods being bent. I asked for a replacement rod and it arrived the next day. very impressive service. I shall use eComElectronics again.	Overall Rating

The terms and conditions seem a bit intimidating, but I found the same type of writing in all websites selling stuff. As long as the company you deal with has a good Reputation, as in this case, then there will be no problem. Delivery was fantastic, arrived here early the week after the order was placed (lucky that someone was available to sign, though they did not know to sign as UNCHECKED). I had to ring them up again, and than they tried to sell me more stuff. At the end I did not get my order (5 days) and as I furious tried to find out what happend, they said there were some issues with my international creditcards. That should have been done, the day I ordered! I prefer to pay 10% more and have no headache! ecomElectronis - beware.	Overall Rating

Had ordered a Omni Mount plasma tv it arrived quickly, which was great, but the product that arrived was not so great. The omni mount box was inside a generic brown box. The brown box was in great shape, but the omni mount box was taped up to no end! I took pictures of course. Upon opening, there are scratches and dent and even chipped edges on metal pieces!. For metal to chip, imagine the force that this endured. Unfortunately, today is friday and they've closed. I did send them an email immediately so we'll see how they respond. But based on what I just experienced, it seems as though this company does the switch on you and can not be trusted. I'm about to call my credit card company to do a with hold on this until I can get this resolved oh by the way, the only reason I bought this here was because it was the cheapest.
