WholeLatteLove customer service gave us the runaround to get a return authorization for an exchange. Now, we've been waiting nearly two weeks simply to receive the mailing label for the return. They really went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Customer service like I experienced with Whole Latte Love is hard to come by these days. They told me to contact the manufacturer. I did an even the manufacturer was shocked that they would not take back a 2 week old defective item. Buyer beware.	Overall Rating
