Didn't want to install the rest because the floor was scratched and dented so easily. Tried calling them 4 times to see if they can exchange it or let me get a refund. WOULD NOT LET ME. I explained my case, that I have 19 boxes of flooring that I would like to return, and that I was not satisfied with the product. I would have even paid whatever restocking fee that they wanted. The customer service department would have none of it. Yes, there is a 30 day return policy, but, I bought more than 2000 dollars worth of flooring and wanted to exchange, so it's not like they would have lost business. Well,t hey definitely are losing any future business from me! Customer service department recommended to "try to sell it on craigslist". Hah! Some customer service they are. Hope you liek this, simplefloors.com - it is a testament to your inefficiency in customer service.	Overall Rating
