I purchased my entire componentized 780Watts Dolby 6.1 Sony Home Theater System from AJ Madison (DVD, Receiver, 6 speakers, cables, VCR, stands etc etc). Everything turned out to be WAY BETTER than expectations. One issue was with a speaker stand box that was mishandled by UPS. They resolved it within 2 weeks of opening an issue-ticket with them. For me PriceGrabber and AJ madison are my BEST COMBOs for life. GO FOR IT. |

aj madison was a company with new reviews but had a very good price on the yht700 home theater system. i trusted them with around $800 and they came through delivering the home theater in under 5 days. id shop with them again! |

(Edited December 13th by LSommers) I had a nightmare experience with AJ Madison. They sold me an expensive appliance that arrived in damaged and unsuable condition. AJ Madison then avoided, stalled, lied and did everything possible to avoid the situation. Ultimately they refused to accept the return or even repair the unit. I am now in the process of doing a credit card chargeback to recover my money from them. My only advice is STAY AWAY: if you have trouble with a purchase they will not support you. |

We recently purchased a 53 inch Pioneer Widescreen TV from AJ Madison. Order process was very smooth and we recieved free shipping as the holiday promotion which made their price the lowest online. Delivery was In-Home as promised and we are very pleased. We already shopped there agan and are happy campers. Thanx For being so Helpful. |

I placed the order at 1:30 and it shipped the same day. It was exactly as advertised and at the best price I could find. It is a dream microwave. I just wish they would send you an e mail with the tracking number. I called them for that and they were super nice and gave it to me. I will without question buy from them again. Super a ++++++ |

We found AJ Madison to be very reasonably priced with a fabulous selection and awesome delivery time. We inquired about a compact washer dryer for our coop apartment and the sales rep we spoke to was very well versed in all the product specifications which made our search easier. We recieved it within four days as promised an is already up and running. We would shop there in the future. |

i found aj madison to be a onlis store with a very big selection. also i had a question regarding the air conditioner i needed and the salesman i spoke to was extremely knowledgible in helping me with what suited mt needs. i appreciate to get a live person reccomend a specific model based on experience and expertise. delivery was swift . i highly reccomend them further. |

I was nervous ordering from a company that had only a few ratings but my concerns were unfounded. It was a great experience. The salesperson was very knowledgable and there was no pressure. I was quoted a very reasonable delivery charge which made it the lowest price. The item was shipped the same day and I received it shortly. It was in perfect shape, exactly as described. I highly recommend them and would happily do business with the company again. |

Ordered a wine cooler. They said they have 2 in stock. A week later I call to see why no delivery. They don't know, but they would call me back. THEY DID NOT. I called again. They said they would check it out and call me back. I doubt that it will happen. When I check their web site, the item now shows backordered. If you want to avoid dealing with a company that will not be completely honest with you, DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH A J MADISON! |

Upgraded me when they finally admitted to not having product. As with original order, they stated the upgrade was in stock. After 2 more weeks Nothing. After a month they offered to pay $100 when I threatened a negative review. Have thrown away twice that in food awaiting refrigerator. I refused. Worst customer service ever. Never trust anything these people tell you. |

They beat Lowe's, Home Depot, I am building my own house and was getting a few mini split Air Conditioners. After speaking with one of their salespeople, who was very educated and friendly I received the selection I needed. Delivery was unbelievable. Within one week we received them. It was delivered by a very experienced trucking company. |

Their website is very easy to navigate and I was able to find all the information I needed on the product. I place the order and got a prompt confirmation via email. The next day I called and asked if they can expedite the shipping on my order, the guy I spoke to was very helpful and arranged everything so I can get it the next day. |

Beware of AJ Madison! I placed a $2,200 order a week ago and my credit card was charged the next day. My order is still listed as pending, emails are not answered and phone calls are met with we will have to check and call you back. I have not received any phone call backs about my order. Their price was the lowest but so is their service. Do not buy from AJ Madison!!!!! |

I did not care for the check out on this website. It never confirmed my order via the website nor did I receive an email. I had trouble reaching anyone to confirm. Tried to cancel the transaction and they were still planning to charge me shipping. Not great customer service. |

Terrible experience - huge waste of my time. Ordered a microwave and trim kit, supposed to be in stock but didn't ship when promised. I canceled, but received no response to multiple calls and e-mails. The product shipped (late) anyway, and I had to refuse it and dispute the charge. Eventually was contacted by Customer Service, but they appeared very disorganized. |

All the confirmations via email were satisfactory. I called them to find out delivery time, they told me to call back on the delivery day. I also requested someone to call me to give me an estimated delivery time & they did. They came in delivered the fridge & the freezer. The delivery men mistaken the freezer & delivered a wine fridge instead-same mfg. The person I had receiving the delivery had left, so I had to leave work to open the door and let them switch the items. |

I saw that they had the 2nd lowest price for an Amana black slide-in gas range. I had a question so I called. They are very helpful. He looked up the technical spec. He offered me a $20 discount, so I ordered it through him on the phone. I wasn't in a big hurry to recieve it so I ordered normal shipping. It arrived in great condition 5 days later in California!! Wow, hats off to these guys! |

I couldn't answer the question, "How many days did it take to get your order, because I have not yet rec'd it. We ordered an expensive cooktop on 1/29/06. At the time, we were told it was in stock. I have sent them three emails and called twice trying to find out where it is. They do not ever answer emails. The phone calls were "We'll get back to you" Of course they don't. Finally was told that the item is not in stock and will not be in stock for another month. "Customer service?" Ha. |

It's simple to order and customer service on the sales end works well. But, BUYER BEWARE! I have been involved in a customer service nightmare for 2 weeks now, in an attempt to have a refund credited to my account for a damaged refrigerator which I refused to accept. I ordered a dishwasher, range and refrigerator. I am satisfied with the appearance of the first two items, but haven't installed them yet. I was told, upfront, that I should inspect merchandise and refuse delivery of damaged goods. |
