It was not in stock, it took three weeks for it to be delivered, the delivery people said they do not do installation or removal.	Overall Rating

Customer service was courteous, but was very inconsistent on when I would receive my grill. They weren't sure where the grill was (i.e. if it had left their warehouse yet), so they said they would call me back in a few minutes. Never received a call. I called back the next day and was told it should be picked up the next day, but wasn't sure. Even after they shipped it, they couldn't tell me if it had already reached the freight terminal. All they could say is that I'd receive it either Thurs(4/22), Fri, Mon or Tues (4/27), but would receive a call by Sun (4/25) to set up the delivery. Not surprisingly, I did not receive a call on Sun, so I had to check with customer service on Mon (4/26). They had the freight company call me to tell me it wouldn't be until 4/29 at the earliest because "they didn't have many deliveries to make in my area."	Overall Rating

Inquired twice with AJ Madison for status update and got the same "blow off" email....."Will ship at the beginning of next week". The product seems to be what I ordered (the reason for 2 stars), but the shipping company was inflexible, rude, and not-communicative. When I called AJ Madison, they were pushing blame to the shipping company and not accountable for anything. Definitely recommend a local company to this one.	Overall Rating
