I had a scheduled delivery for a washer and dryer and they delivered on a different day when I was out of town. I made multiple phone calls to customer service (on hold long periods) to get them to pick up old washer and dryer as promised, and they never called me back - not even once. It is definitely not worth saving a few initial dollars to deal with this company. Avoid!	Overall Rating
