The quality of the product was okay, but we had to return it, because it wasn't looking good with our shower cabin. The return policy is HORRIBLE! Make sure you read it before ordering something from them! I have to pay 20% of the cost of the product as a processing fee, the product, which is completely untouched, in the original box, etc. This is in addition for paying shipment both ways of course. And they don't guarantee I'll receive my 80% back until the manufacturer will examine the product. Also, to make it harder, I can't return it immediately, I had to contact customer servise for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which they don't give you right away. They said they'll contact manufacturer, get RMA from them and then within 24 hours will email it to me. What a complicated process for a simple return. I've learned my lesson adn won't order form them ever again. Retailer Response (07/12/2010): We apologize for any inconvenience caused by our published Return Policy. However – we do publish this return policy and make our clients aware of it. The restock fees are often required by the manufacturer and we are not trying to “profit” by charging a restock fee. While by our policy we should be charging a restock fee and shipping fees on all returns, we often will waive the restock fee if the client is trying to exchange an item for another item (even though we may still be required to pay restocking fees by the manufacturer). The RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization) is required so that the warehouse can identify the return and prioritize its inspection. In cases of a buyer changing their mind on an item, some of these fees and requirements are often unavoidable.	Overall Rating

Great prices and free shipping to boot.Recieved this item in less than a week time! It looks just as described and came with no flaws or issues. Had contractor install for me with ease. GIves great contemporary look that I wanted and have received many compliments!Would def reccomend to buy at this customer oriented company. Additionally, Bathroom Glass Vanities (a Luxstores website) do not honor their own return policy – they claim glass mosaic tile are special order and do not accept returns, however this is not mentioned when you go to order the glass tile so beware and be sure you are certain your choice of tile, also pay close attention to their shipping costs. Customer service was no help – I will not order anything from them again. Do some research on the web and you will find better pricing elsewhere.	Overall Rating

My stuff is still in CHINA and Bathroom-Glass-Vanities.com tried to refuse to give me a refund. I ordered a shower enclosure and column for a bathroom remodel. When the products were not delivered when promised (4 weeks), I called and found out that they were still in China & I would have to wait another 3 weeks before they even shipped and then another week or two for delivery. My bathroom is torn apart and I can't do anything until I get these parts. No plumbing, no tile, nothing. If they would have advised me of the delay, I would have delayed tearing my bathroom apart. ARRGG!!! Beware, LuxStores operates under many URLs including LuxStores.com, www.bathroom-glass-vanities.com, www.bathshowerstore.com, www.e-saunas.com, www.steam-showers.com, www.saunaheat.com, www.absolutebath.com, www.barefootfloor.com, www.bathshowerdoor.com, www.sauna-steam-heater.com. Horrible service. Why so many URLs? Maybe it is in case one gets a bad	Overall Rating
