I did receive an email for discounts from Air and Water and it just so happens that my other heater quit working a few days ago so it was nice to have the reminder to purchase my heater right then and there. I was a little disappointed on the price of the heater. I thought they were a little cheaper but the experience of your site is/was excellent. I rated the shipping poor because when I received my order there was no overpack with packing material to protect the shipment from damage, it was in the original heater box. I guess I got lucky that the carrier handled it with care otherwise I would have returned and never ordered from this site again.	Overall Rating

I decided to give them a try and ordered on-line. I ordered a "knick and dent" product which they seem to have a few for each model every now and then. I received it was a bit disappointed that the product seemed to look like a floor model, with its cord scuffed all over, no plastic over the unit, and no instruction manual. It didn't work when plugged in. As they are closed on weekends, when I called, they took it back since it was defective. But I'd rather order from Amazon or another retailer if the price is the same. Maybe they just want someone to buy a broken one and not return it in time to get a refund. Shipping was slow. Refund was very slow. I did not, however, got any shipping information and updates (was it shipped? tracking?). It arrived at my shipping location without my knowledge but I'm happy to report that it arrived in a timely manner and as described. However, the product did not come double boxed (it could be a pro or a con) and I found a broken chip on the unit but I'm not making a big deal of it as it is functional and also not esthetically compromised. Update: I have been using for a couple of weeks now. I can only compare it with a previous "branded" fan we have used with touch temperature controls. Aesthetically, this looks outdated. No buttons, readout, temperature, remote. Just a rotary switch with three positions. This is actually an ADVANTAGE in my point of view and bought it for these very reason. I wanted simple that plain WORKS. Fan is a bit noisier and clunky but PULLS MORE AIR than our previous quiet fan. The only thing that matters.	Overall Rating

Called last week to follow up, was told that I would receive shipping information within 2 days. Never received shipping information. I followed up again today to find out that the product has not been in stock, and will not be again until April. Customer service found another item to replace it with, slightly lower quality. Received confirmation for FIRST, more expensive item. The customer service has been quick to respond today to the issues, but there is no pro-active communication outreach. The item - a gift - is now belated, even though it was purchased nearly 3 weeks in advance. I was not offered further discounts or other remuneration for their errors.	Overall Rating
