Dell, for me keeps their information in an easy to understand and follow format. I've not used their person to person service much but it is nice to kow you can talk to a real person if needed. My order got canceled b/c they needed to verify some info and didn't bother calling or emailing. This was a Mother's Day gift--no gift now. I tried to reinstate the order and instead spent 2 HRS talking to 13 OVERSEAS PEOPLE (3 of which disconnected me) and dialing 15 NUMBERS (one of which was disconnected!). I finally decided that if it was that hard to give a company my money, I wouldn't. I AM GOING ELSEWHERE!!!	Overall Rating

I order from Dell.com mainly because of the Dell Financing that I have acquired. I would use it much much more if they had some kind of pricing match or guarantee.	Overall Rating

When I later recalled a computer system configuration that was saved to the wish list, the recall did NOT display important configuration details that were NOT optional (memory, hard drive size, specs for the video card). The recalled configuration only contained the list of selected options. TO MAKE SURE of what I was buying, I had to go through the customizing process one more time, which was easy but should have been unnecessary.	Overall Rating

Entry on the order screen modified details on the Dell Financial Services account with SHIP TO data. I ended up paying MORE $$ short term due to an inabilitity to get the website to ship to my son and bill ME. I ended up paying MORE $$ long term because I couldn't take advantage of your 12 mo same as cash options. I wasted over an HOUR trying to make it work. Were it not for the fact that you are the only vendor to sell the product my son wanted, I would have gone elsewhere.	Overall Rating

The gentlemen from India was no help at all and when I asked for a supersvisor I was put on hold. Finally the call was dropped after a long wait. First delivery date was extended a few days after the order and when I called to cancel i was told I couldn't as the Item had shipped with yet another delivery date.	Overall Rating
