I received a confirmation within 2 hours ( not as promised in 24 hours !!) and my player was ready when I went to pick it up. Everything was VERY EASY. No problems at all. One was a Christmas gift and was received in plenty of time. I ordered a printer and ink cartridges and decided to return these to the store and had no problem. I ordered a Epson C82 printer for $30 after 2 rebates and got the printer in 3 days from day of the order. Now I haven't gotten the rebate checks yet, but I'm sure they will get here, I made copies of everything. I'm very pleased with the quickness of delivery even using free ground shipping. I'm not saying my printer will never break, but the warranty is covered through Epson, not BestBuy.	Overall Rating

I have purchased from bestbuy countless times, and have never had a problem. Online, instore, online for instore pickups; everything from a $2000 TV to going in the store for an audio cable, I have had no problems whatsoever with the employee's, the delivery men, or the customer service reps when I do need to return something. You always need to be an imformed shopper when ever you make a purchase. With that said, I went to Best Buy to check out a printer I had seen at a different merchant. They had the same model for a lower price and a better model for the same price. I purchased the HP 7960 Photo printer and find it to be awesome - studio quality pictures. But how do you expect B.B to replace or repair something for you guys without getting their Service Plan!!! I have never had a problem getting my stuff from them; or getting it fixed or replace when something goes wrong!!! Just don't be cheap and get the proper protection!!! I've become very concerned about the intelligence of people. The website is very easy to use and explains everything from shipping, refunds, warranties, EVERYTHING! I ordered the printer on a Wed. afternoon, the printer was shipped out Thurs. morning and I received it the following Monday. I think that's pretty good for free shipping. In-store depends on location - the one nearest me has excellent customer service, but I've been to some where they don't seem to care. I wonder if people just like to complain about big companies? Low prices, high customer service. They always ship UPS unless otherwise neccessary. After the camer arrived I took it back to the store where they not only showed me how to use the camera but also introduced me to thier Image Lab services. I just recieved my first digital prints and they look incredible not to mention that the were very reasonably priced.
