Considering it was a product exclusive to best buy they should have had more product. Otherwise I'm pretty happy with Best Buy online and offline. -The CD is (unless it gets lost in the mail) set to arrive before christmas. So I'm happy.	Overall Rating

I wanted a warranty and the website said it was available but at the store their computer said it was not eligible. However I received an email saying I did have the warranty. They said no problem, when I went to pick it up they said it was could not be done without me buying another one then returning the first one in which time my mioney would be credited in about 5 days?
