I placed an order for items that happened to be backorder and after over three weeks one of the items has not arrived nor have they called me to communicate what's happening. I was offered an upgrade after a few e-mails requesting the status of my order and I sent them my selected item to be upgraded. no reply was received after my email so I called them. They told me that the item selected as an upgrade would not work because it was too expensive ($20 bucks more), and the person did not offer to give me the option of paying the difference. The same person told me that the item backorder was soon to arrived at their place. That was over a week ago. I sent two additional e-mails to no avail.	Overall Rating

I was contacted on Tuesday about the item being out of stock, but it was scheduled to be delivered to the company on Wednesday and they would have it to me by Friday. I called on Wednesday to verify they had received them and they assured me my package would be delivered by Friday. I checked my account on Thursday, Dec. 22 and it still said "shipment pending" so I contacted them. They said they had received all motor sports editions rather than half and half, and were scheduled to receive the right ones on Friday. I said to just switch my order to the one that was in stock after they offered to upgrade to next day air, and was assured repeatedly that my order was going on that afternoon to be delivered today, in time for Christmas. It still hasn't shipped (Friday). I had to dispute it through Paypal to get an immediate full refund. Never again.	Overall Rating

Well, 2 out of the 4 items were not in stock nor available. I agreed to substitutes suggested by DS only to find they shipped different items from 3 alternate locations. Divers Supply official policy is that it is OK to charge for a product and shipping then Email you asking what you would like to do instead of recieving the product. Don't we all wish we could charge money for something we don't have. Do not shop Divers Supply please stop internet fraud.	Overall Rating
