Vann's has done right by me before, in that they were out of a returned "scratch and dent" sale pair of speakers I bought, so they went right on ahead and notified me that they will be sending me a NEW pair, at no additional cost. That's the mark of a great company providing exceptional customer service. That's why I jumped on this deal, and recommended it, and Vann's to them!	Overall Rating
