In answer to your question, I really cannot think of anything your company could have done better with your products or services. The ease of ordering, the competitive pricing, the status updates of the progress, the clarity of the installation instructions (once they were actually read!), and the overall look and efficiency of the blinds themselves were all superb. |

My verdict - the blinds are better than I expected for the price. While Blinds.com's price for the blinds is comparable, the free samples sealed the deal for me, along with the online vids that showed me how to measure properly. That's pretty much it, Blinds.com delivered on what they said you would - no magic involved, just good solid service and a fair price. I'll definitely order again. |

I ordered the 1" Fauxwood White Blinds. Both my husband and I are very happy with the purchase. The blinds are very substantial and look like real wood. They look beautiful from the inside of the house as well as the outside! I will definitely order more for the rest of the house. My husband said they were easy to hang, they fit the window very well. Also, he was very impressed with the packaging. All the blinds were in great condition when we received them. Again, I am very happy with the purchase. I really can’t think of anything you should change. Your customer service is great and ordering was easy. Just keep doing what you are doing! |

I am very satisfied with the whole purchase experience at Blinds.com. I can't think of anything I would change. Samples we ordered came very quickly. I must say, I am more impressed with your company than I have been with any company in a long time. I found you through a google search and was a bit skeptical of what would actually come in terms of quality and color etc... But I received nice quality blinds in the exact color I was hoping for at a very reasonable cost! I am a first time measured/installer/hanger of blinds and the blinds were too short, so I sent in a request for another order. I was even content to pay for shipping back, but when I got the email telling me t donate the blinds to habitat for humanity, I fell in love with the company!! Who has service like that anymore?? I'm sure many companies would have you ship the products back to only be thrown away. I was truly blown away that you honestly stick to your guarantee. I immediately told everyone to buy blinds from your company when they need me next. I am 300% totally, completely satisfied with my experience. Thank you! |

I had odd-sized windows and was able to get the blinds custom cut to fit perfectly. They are of a good quality and darken the room as promised which was exactly what I was looking for. The best part is they were far more affordable than most other places I checked, and of course, I loved the free shipping. I would definitely buy from this site again and would not hesitate to recommend this site to my friends. |

My wife and I are really happy with the blinds we ordered and have already ordered more to complete our switch over of the upstairs part of the house. In all, we ordered two bathrooms, the master bedroom, and currently have two other bedrooms on order. We are really happy with the products we received and I like how easy they are to install.I am looking forwared to our receiveing the last two bedrooms and getting them installed. These are great products, at a reasonable price, easy to install, and look really nice. |

Last month I ordered wood blinds for only one window to make sure I liked the blinds.com quality. I did, so I went ahead and ordered three more. Within a week the blinds delivered to me as I was coming home from a long day at work. After getting my four sons and husband dinner, I started hanging the blinds. Without any help or advice from my husband, and in between taking my sons to their evening soccer and basketball practices, I hung all the blinds by 9PM. It could not have been easier! Great service, a fair price and superior products. What more could you want? |

When I went online to look at blinds, I was overwhelmed by the choices. That afternoon we went to visit our daughter and son-in-law, and they had just hung blinds they had ordered from you. The color was exactly what I wanted, the quality was great, too, and our son-in-law showed me how easy it was to order them online. I came home, ordered them, and they were delivered within a week and hung in a matter of minutes. We love them! Thank you so much for exactly filling our need! |

I chose blinds.com based on a commercial advertisement by a trusted source. When I expressed concern about choosing a trim color without a sample, blinds.com had the manufacturer send out a sample of the trim (and another piece of my chosen fabric) to help me with the decision. Their communications efforts were outstanding. It was an awesome transaction, the product is excellent and I am sharing with my friends and colleagues. |

blinds.com/Bali Blinds...I wish to infoorm you of the competency, integrity, and caring your personnel have for your customers. Nothing is to much trouble fot them. I recently ordered the above blinds for my living room and bedrooms. I need to hang a sign on them as to who made them, everyone that sees them are in awe and ask a million questions immediately about them. They are attractive, hang beautiful, and give a feeling of grace and warmth to the rooms. I forgot to order end pieces for each blind. I called and everything was taken care of in a split second. I was so impressed as I have not dealt with a company of this integrity in years. I did not think such an organization existed anymore. All my needs were taken with great concern. Your product and company stands on it's own merit.. Tall and Strong. These blinds sell themselves. Please pass this note on to other customers . they need to know all of you exist. You are a 5 star company with a superstar attitude. |

My friend has been trying to get me to buy blinds from you for some time now, but I kept putting it off. I finally decided to do it, and I am so glad I did. Your customer service staff was absolutely wonderful! I forget the gal's name, but my order # was (removed) and she was so very helpful! They were super easy to install. My friend did mine, but with your instructions, I could have done them easily. The quality is very nice, quick turnaround ARO, all delivered, not missing any parts. Excellent service! I will most definitely refer your company to my friends! |

We are quite impressed with the service and product we received. My wife got estimates for two windows to have blinds installed. The cost was going to be in excess of $700 for the two windows. I heard your ad on WLS AM Morning show (Don Wade and Roma) and visited your site and liked what I saw. I then forwarded your site info to my wife who was initially skeptical but did look. We decided to try blinds.com for one window. We got the blinds quickly and they fit like a charm. The installation process took about 15 minutes. We subsequently ordered blinds for the other window and in total saved about $350 (half of the estimate my wife had gotten). We have a couple more windows to cover yet and my wife ordered a sample and I think she got the sample within a couple days. When my wife is happy, everybody in the house is happy :) |

Jay, it's refreshing to see a CEO take a 'hands-on' concern w/his business. i'm not a 'computer guy'. after i retired, i thought i might take the time to learn more, but it's just not that important to me- the only buttons i've pushed in my life are on power tools. the reason i mention that, is that i had trouble finding how to pick fractional sizes in the drop-down menus. i called customer service and talked to Mike (i think). give that guy a raise! he was so helpfull and pleasant and not only put together my order quickly, but made sure he/we agreed on all the measurements etc. etc. i knew my order would be right. too many times have i called other businesses for help and left feeling like i had interupted thier coffe break and unsure about what was said. my wife and i built our house and chose you for all the window treatments 11 yrs. ago. your products are first-rate and a very fair price-yes we have often sent others your way . I am extremely happy with the Bali shades and the excellent customer service that Blinds.com provided. There is nothing that I would change. I live in a Coop building of over 300 apartments and my superintendent is the person who installed the blinds for me. He commented about how they enhanced my living room ambience and asked me the name of the company from which I purchased them. I told him that it was blinds.com and asked him to spread the word to other shareholders in the building. I know that many shareholders on the north side of our building have the same problem with the Sun as I did. Also, I am thankful for the excellent service that the company has provided. I was very upset when I realized that I had gotten the measurements wrong for one of the shades but when I called, the customer service representative quickly assured me that it was not a problem. They reshipped the shades free of cost. Blinds.com comes highly recommended by me. |

We are very pleased with the panels and the ease of installation. I'm so glad that the sales rep told me that the binding was including because it gives the panels a nice, finished look. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the woven wood and how lightweight they were. I'm glad we were able to order the samples first, it was very helpful in selecting just the right color and pattern. As far as the one thing I would change about the service/product? Sorry, but I can't think of anything! Our experience in dealing with Blinds.com was great and we have already recommended your site to our friends. |
