This was the absolute worst internet transaction I have ever made. I will NEVER order from this company again. I am still waiting on one delivery and another one was a day late for Valentine's Day which almost defeated the purpose of the delivery in the first place. Customer service was HORRIBLE and did very little to appease the situation. I would not recommend this company AT ALL to ANYONE. |

Ordered online and selected a delivery date two business days later. They missed the delivery date completely, Terrible "Customer Service, and they tied up the money I paid or nothing for another full three business days. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM. |

Very poor customer service and product. They tried to deliver a small flower in a 3 inch plastic pot instead of the product I ordered. Then when my mother went to question about it they gave her a small basket worth about half the price of the order. When I complained they said they could substitute if they wanted to. This is the very worst internet shopping company I have ever dealt with. |

This online shopping experience was one of the worst I have had. Customer Service did litle to resolve my complaint or earn another chance at my business. I ordered a bouquet on Thursday for Saturday delivery. On Sunday I received notification that my choice was not available. I was told that the order could not ship until the following Thursday. Had I been notified earlier, an alternate choice could have been made in time. Teleflora did not answer my direct request for a refund. They glossed over that part and blamed the problem on the florist. They offered a 10% refund. This was in keeping with their guarantee of "excellent service." Several emails later, the total refund was increased to 50%. This is still unacceptable as far as I am concerned, but what else can I do except find places to post my review. They ought not advertise "excellent service" if they cannot deliver it. They should not over-promise and under-deliver, then expect the customer to be satisfied. |

I placed an order yesterday for a specific arrangement to be delivered to my mother (Dr Chicken) and it was substituted with a completely different arrangment! There were no roses in the one she received and it was an entirely different container/balloon, color and quality. Basically she got nothing but cheap daisies in a ridiculous looking coffee mug and no one at their "most trusted florists" contacted me. To my knowledge no one at this florist contacted Teleflora to inform them of this substitution either. Why do they ask for your phone number then? They had the means to contact me, they just didn't care! I sent an email complaint and asked for a refund since they have a "Satisfaction Guarantee" and they said it would be issued...IF they went out and took the flowers back! Otherwise they would credit me back 50% to leave her alone after her surgery. I will never purchase from Teleflora again as what you select and more importantly, what you PAY FOR is not what you get! |

DO NOT USE TELEFLORA!!! I'll keep it short. Never delivered my flowers and I was never notified because they have no tracking processes with their florists. Called Customer service and they offered my a generous 10% discount the day after and were hesitant to refund my $. After fighting with them they refunded my $. 2 weeks later, I was doing my finances and realized that I was never refunded. I called back tonight and they never processed the refund. Aside from not delivering my flowers and keeping my $, these guys were not sympathetic to my situation and did nothing to make up for this experience. |

This company indulges in the worst kind of false advertising. I ordered a very specific arrangement and what actually got delivered was an ugly, cheap substitute. Furthermore, the local florist (in Houston) simply left it on my sister's porch without any identification. I called the 800 number three times and each time, I was promised that the situation would be rectified. Finally after the fourth day, I was informed that none of the florists in Houston had ANY of the materials necessary to replicate the arrangement. The Houston florist also told me that due to the small amount of money that Teleflora advanced to them, they could only deliver a houseplant in a wicker basket, which turned out to be something I could have purchased at Home Depot for about $10.00. Teleflora ultimately offered to refund the purchase price but not before they completely ruined the birthday surprise to my sister. |

DO NOT USE TELEFLORA.COM!!! I ordered the herb garden for my friends parents and they received some sort of cacti arrangement that is a blend of 2 other arrangements listed online! When my friend told me this, I called customer service and had to wait 8 minutes for assistance. Then the representative proceeded to tell me that "most people don't know this, but when you order online, you are agreeing to allow substitutions by the local florist." CROOKS! I told her my order said "Herb Garden - as shown" and she told me that it did not and her copy showed "substitutions allowed." When I offered to fax her a copy of my order, she put me on hold and then came back to offer to pick up and redeliver the correct item or give me 20% refund. However, I think both of these remedies are unacceptable and I will NEVER use this vendor again! |

I ordered the 'Home Run Basket' for my dad for Father's day and not only was it delivered when it was supposed to - but it looked incredibly better than pictured online. Granted, they substituted the corn nuts, but they put something even bigger and better in the basket and I was very happy with it. Keep in mind all they are doing is routing your online order to a florist near the recipient's address. My suggestion to you if you order through teleflora.com is to select the florist yourself. I went with a very reputable and respected florist who has been doing business for 70 years. So if you want what you ordered (or better) delivered to your loved one, you'll need to put a little effort into the selection of a good florist because that's the bottom line. It's the florist not teleflora.com. After placing the order, I called the florist to confirm everything and they were nice and helpful and the little bit of effort I put in paid off very well for my dad. |

Ordering was easy. Hopefully delivery will be timely and flower arrangement will be quality work. Delivery was timely. They send out too many e-mails to try to get you to order more from them. |
