The website's stock is not very up to date. The item may be listed as in-stock or even your receipt may say it is in stock, but after you make your purchase, it does not stay very consistent. After you make your purchase, it becomes a lottery as to whether or not your item is in stock and ships on time.	Overall Rating

I price matched with another company and they accepted the match with a credit to my account. I get a message that said my submission was denied...after I ordered the camera. I called Office Max and they said it was a sales rep error. I'm sorry we can't price match your order, the rep made a mistake, so I'm stuck! I wouldn't buy into that tactics again!	Overall Rating

Granted, if I need to get myself to an OfficeMax store to use the Gift Card, I might never use it, but even without it, this is a great deal. I would never gamble with any of those Brooklyn, NY con artists. I'd prefer this bona fide retailer any day, even if the cost were higher.	Overall Rating

I bought some CD-R's on sale around Christmas because, with rebates they would be free! Well, they were out of the advertised brand, and offered a substitute that the sales person swore would be eligible for the same rebates. Come to find out, you guessed it, my rebate requests were rejected buy the manufacturer and OfficeMax! So, I guess, order on line, just don't go into the store.	Overall Rating

Product came no problem and UPS Ground came in 2 days. Shipping was free. Office Max clearly has a legit online operation. One cool thing about these guys is if they have a great price on an item and you need it ASAP, you could always go to your local store and if the price is different from their website usually the manager will match it.
