I have two college degrees and a professional engineer license and, please believe me, the website is much much too complicated for me. Everything is topsy-turvey. Twice I got tracking numbers unrecognized by carriers. Fortunately the packages arrived nonetheless. Shopped again earlier this month. The tracking number was correct but it indicated the package was delivered to a different state. I called and reported the problem. I got a reply that they will have the carrier track the package (a process that takes 2 weeks). I asked to have them re-ship the package and was told a request was made but no guarante they would agree. Only until after I asked to talk to a manager then they immediately agreed to re-ship the package right away. The next day in the email I got a tracking number, which again was not recognized by the carrier. I'm still waiting to see whether the order will arrive in a few days.	Overall Rating
