I was pleased with the ordering process. However, I'm not happy with the accessory item, which adds too much weight to the pendant light so the whole fixture pulls down away from the ceiling. Also, this accessory item is defined as brushed nickel, but actually has a polished finish, so against the brushed nickel light fixture, it doesn't match. Two strikes against this item. Still in transit, which has now been delayed on one of the packages by UPS for 3 additional days. Called Home Decorators customer service after waiting 1 week was told nothing was shipped last week because of inventory and another of my items got put on back order. Completely frustrating purchase for me my whole project is up in the air while waiting for my order. I ordered 3 items, which all go together which are a 9 cube organizer and 2 different colored fabric bins (a total of 9 bins), so to get some of the fabric bins this Friday and still have to wait for the cube organizer to hopefully come on Monday is irritating. Not a good way to do business, in this ewconomy you won't be in business long. Will not purchase from this merchant again! Hope when it does eventually arrive it is not damaged I can only imagine the ordeal that will be.	Overall Rating
